What we do and our name
From the entrance to the exit of a lodging business, as one group.
From real estate utilization and transaction support to accommodation development, opening preparation, operations and cleaning, lodging sales and marketing, property management, and support for sale and resale. With accommodation development and operations at our core, we connect the specialist functions each project needs within the group.
Our strength is that we feed the issues and insights gained from cleaning and hotel operations into the development of the next property. Through this cycle, we aim to balance profitability with guest satisfaction.
Creating something one of a kind, found nowhere else.
The name "Nowhere" carries our determination to create value and experiences that do not yet exist anywhere.
We discover the appeal of land and buildings, people and culture, and turn it into a stay that could only happen in that place. Creating a reason to say "I want to stay here" is where our work on every property begins.

From the memories of travel, a new view in life.
An encounter or experience on a trip stays in your memory and becomes a place you want to return to someday. We want to create that "another sky" for each person, all across Japan.
Nowhere Group learned the business on the ground, in cleaning and hotel operations, and has carried the knowledge gained there into accommodation development.
What matters is not simply building beautiful facilities. It is creating a reason to visit a place, raising the satisfaction of every stay, and growing properties that keep being chosen. We find new possibilities in real estate and turn the appeal of each region into a lodging experience.
New value for travelers, for communities, and for everyone who works in lodging. One property at a time, we will build the future of Japan's lodging industry.
After working at a major financial institution, he launched and managed several businesses in lodging, real estate, food service and staffing. He founded Nowhere Group in 2019 and has since been involved in developing more than 100 lodging facilities. He connects knowledge from cleaning and hotel operations to accommodation development, and leads the group's collaborative lodging business.
